Q. How long has the company been around?
A. With our 15 years of experience, Progressive Home services has become one of the leading companies in the industry across Canada.
Q. How fast do you provide service?
A. Our Servicing department is open 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The servicing on your equipment is done in a timely fashion by one of our many certified technicians. Don’t forget that all your labor and parts is covered by our 360 warranty!
Q. How are we different from other company?
A. At Progressive we find it very important to build relationships with others. That is why you have a direct contact for any service that you have done with any of our representatives. Nowadays it is so important to know that there’s a professional on the other line that can help you right away and we make that a top priority.
Another unique function within our company is our One-of- a-kind World Relief program. We consider this a cornerstone of Progressive because it gives us the opportunity to do what we love the most, helping people. Throughout the year we choose a variety of campaigns and events to support the communities in and out of our local reach. We started the PWR (Progressive World Relief) campaign because making the world a better place starts with each one of us doing our part.

Q. How quickly can we get the equipment installed? And how long does it take?
A. From A to Z we complete the process within 48 hrs. A furnace or Air-conditioning unit will take between 4-6 hours to install. The whole home water filtration along and/or the Hepa filtration will take 1 hour to install.
Q. Are your installers qualified?
A. At Progressive Home Services all of our installers are certified gas technicians with G2 licensing. Our team of installers have also been registered with TSSA (The Technical Stands and Safety Authority).
Q. What is covered under the warranty?
A. All installed equipment comes with a 10 year 100% coverage extended warranty on all parts, maintenance, and labor. No matter where you are or what the issue is, we stand behind our 360 Warranty any day of the year. If we can’t fix the issue we will replace your equipment at no extra cost to you!
Q. What happens if I sell my home?
A. If you decide to sell your home the contract can be transferred to the new homeowner, just as your water heater would be.
Q. Why should I upgrade the equipment in my home if it still works?
A. In many cases it’s not just about if it works, but how it works. Peace of mind is priceless. It’s the one thing that everybody will always need. We make sure you only need to call one place anytime for all of your needs when it comes to heating, cooling, and home filtration. New equipment is also quieter, more reliable and safer for you and your family.
In terms of economic benefits, older equipment can be costly long term because of inefficiency. With new equipment your bills will be lowered covering a majority, and in some cases, all of the cost of replacing equipment.
