Similar to residential inspections, a commercial inspection examines the following systems: roofing, exterior, structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, grounds, drainage, and interior. A commercial inspection will identify immediate and short-term repairs. We inspect to the industry standard for property condition assessment.
