I went to the house this morning. They fixed all of your items on the report with no disagreement. I got a report from an engineer on the trusset repairs as you suggested.

I thought I'd give you an update on our footings situation. After all the haggling back and forth, the final solution was to rip out all the footings and basically start over! That's what you suggested to begin with! It looks much better this time. They've laid the block and brick and are about ready to backfill. I'll be in touch a couple of weeks ahead of time before I'd like you to do a pre drywall inspection.
